Running the Wizards
To run a Wizard click "Setup" on the main GameCommanderPro window. If you have multiple wizard file it will ask you which to open (GCP only comes with one so it will most likely skip this part). Select which Wizard file you want to open.
Select the Wizard you want to run.
It may ask you some questions.
Once it is finished it will go back to the Wizard Selection window.
Click Done once you have finished and save commands.
After running a Wizard or creating new commands you will need to upload these new commands to the game.
To do this:
1 - If you get prompted to Upload click "Upload". If you know you need and upload be weren't prompted click Views/Advanced then click "Manual Upload".
2 - Do a UI reload. Type /rl on all characters. You can do this in Broadcast Mode if you have already run the 1 Do This First Wizard.
Once it is reloaded there should be a line in your chat log:

Optional: Run the automatic logon wizard.
It will ask you for the password for each account and then log you on automatically.
From then on it will log you on automatically after starting the Games.
Tip: Only run this wizard while on the log on screen.
1) 1 Do this First
Run 1 Do this First Wizard. It will ask you for your healers in order. Select your primary healer then if you have anymore possible healers add them in the priority you want them to start healing.
Note: If you have no healers just add any character as you will not need the command it creates.
Some More Cool Stuff
Broadcast Mode(CTRL-Enter) - While in this mode anything you type will be sent to all Game windows.
Passthrough Mode(Enter) - Anything you type will be sent to the active window unintercepted by GCP.
MouseBroadcasting(ALT-Enter) - Mouse movement will be mimicked on all game windows. All clicks (Left,Right and Middle) will be sent to all windows.
Invite(I) - Invites your group to a party.
Follow(F) - All characters will follow your active channel.
FollowInTrain(SHIFT-F) - Character will follow one after the other.
Halt(V) - Halts and Spreads your alts.
Healers(.) - Prompts you for number of healers. Switches characters in and out of heals group.
2) Window Swap
Run the Window Swap Wizard. It asks no questions but creates a command to instantly switch your leader and groups targets.
Even More Cool Stuff
While the system is active just mouse over the window you want to swap to and press G.
The command will switch that windows position with your main window, and promote that character to leader. It will also set the DPS group's target to be that characters target.
3) Interact
This wizard creates a command that allows you to loot, talk to, and attack any NPC or Enemy with one/all alt(s) from your main.
1 - Bind a key, that isn't already bound, to "Interact with Target" in WoW key bindings. Make sure you do this on all of your characters.
2 - Run the Interact Wizard. This will ask for the key you just bound.
Further Cool Stuff
Interact is default bound to "End". Go find something you want to attack, loot or talk to and target it. Press "End", you will notice on the main GCP window is asks who you would like to interact with your target. You can either select the number of a character or press 6 for all. The character(s) you selected will the interact with your target.
